01Website and service information
These terms describe the use of the NovaPC Care website and the process for requesting support. NovaPC Care provides independent technical assistance; it is not a hardware manufacturer or software vendor. Descriptions on this website explain possible support topics rather than a promise that every product, device or issue can be handled. A specific service is arranged through an agreed scope and quote, not simply by visiting a page.
02Enquiries are not purchases
A telephone enquiry or callback submission is an invitation to discuss your needs. It does not book a guaranteed appointment, create a subscription, authorize a charge or approve remote access. The website does not take a payment through the callback form. Please provide accurate details and enough context to understand the issue. A saved enquiry reference confirms receipt of the form, not acceptance of a particular job or a guaranteed callback deadline.
03Scope, estimates and approval
Before paid work, confirm the device or account involved, the issue to be addressed, the proposed tasks, the price and any exclusions. An initial estimate may depend on information that becomes clearer during assessment. Any additional charge or material expansion of the work needs to be explained and agreed before proceeding. Keep a record of the quote and any subsequent changes. A general service page is not a substitute for those specific arrangements.
04Authority and cooperation
Only request work on devices, files, networks and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Business environments may require an administrator’s involvement or approval. Let us know about restrictions, existing support arrangements and anything that could affect the proposed work. Use valid software licenses and follow your organization’s policies. You should be available to enter your own credentials or approve necessary actions without disclosing private sign-in information.
05Files, backups and planned changes
Discuss important files, available backups and any settings that must be preserved before work begins. Installing software, changing accounts, migrating data or resetting a device can affect existing information and configuration. A backup or recovery task is included only if specifically agreed. Ask for an explanation before approving a step that may overwrite files, remove applications or change access. Data recovery and a complete transfer of every setting cannot be assumed.
06Remote sessions
Remote assistance requires your separate permission and a suitable device and connection. Ask what access is proposed and close unrelated private information first. You can end a session. A request for technical help does not grant unrestricted access to all accounts or company systems. Physical repairs, provider outages and certain account or licensing decisions may fall outside the scope of remote work.
07Charges and third-party costs
Any service charge, payment method, applicable taxes and payment timing should be confirmed before a purchase. Hardware, software licenses, cloud usage and third-party subscriptions are separate unless a quote expressly includes them. This website does not automatically enroll visitors in a paid plan. If an ongoing arrangement is offered, confirm its coverage, term, renewal method and cancellation conditions in writing before agreeing to it.
08Cancellations and service concerns
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an arrangement, or if you have a concern about completed work. The Refund Policy explains how to raise a request and what information is useful. Specific agreed purchase conditions and rights that apply to the transaction must be considered when a request is reviewed. A cancellation enquiry does not, by itself, confirm that a payment has been refunded.
09Third-party products and intellectual property
Vendor products, subscriptions and online services remain subject to their owners’ terms and decisions. Brand names and logos identify products discussed on this website; they do not establish a partnership, certification or endorsement. We cannot make a vendor restore an account, extend a license, change a bill or provide warranty coverage. Contact the relevant vendor for official decisions about those matters.
10Appropriate website use
Do not attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with the website, submit malicious code or use the callback form to send spam. Do not impersonate someone else or provide contact details without authority. Controls may reject incomplete, invalid or excessive requests. If the form reports an error, your request may not have been saved; use the displayed retry guidance or contact us by email.
11Limitations and rights
Technical outcomes depend on factors such as device condition, connectivity, access and third-party systems. The Service Disclaimer explains these practical limits. Neither these terms nor a website description promises a particular repair result, uninterrupted service or complete protection against data loss or security threats. Nothing here is intended to exclude a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. This page does not select a particular court or jurisdiction for an unconfirmed transaction.
12Revisions and contact
We may revise website information and these terms as services or website functions change. The revision date helps you identify the version you read. A later website edit does not, by itself, change a previously agreed price or completed purchase. For questions about these terms or a proposed service, email contact@novapccare.com before approving work.
