FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

What’s getting in your way?

You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you call. Start with what you can see.

“My computer has become really slow.”

Tell us whether the delay happens at startup, online or inside an app. We can review common software and settings issues, explain the likely next steps and help you understand when hardware needs a closer look.

“My printer was working yesterday.”

A changed connection, queued document or driver issue can interrupt printing. Have your printer model ready and tell us whether you connect by USB, Wi-Fi or a shared office network.

“I can’t get into my email.”

Login and sync problems need different approaches. We can help review app configuration or explain your provider’s recovery options. Your passwords and verification codes stay with you.

“I have a warning I don’t understand.”

Describe where the warning appeared and what it asks you to do. We can help you assess the next step without treating every unexpected message as proof of an infection.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

No surprises.
Just a conversation.

You describe the device and what has changed.

02
Review the possibilities

We discuss whether remote help is suitable.

03

You review the scope and price before deciding.

REAL HELP. CLEAR STEPS.

From “what now?”
to a way forward.

No confusing jargon. Just a conversation about the problem and a clear explanation of your options.

Our approach ↗
01

Tell us what’s happening

Call with your device and a description of the issue. No technical expertise needed.

02

Understand your options

We explain the proposed work and cost before you decide to go ahead.

03

Get guided support

Follow practical steps, with remote assistance where suitable and with your permission.

HELP THAT FITS YOUR DAY

For home, work and everything between.

Everyday home technology

Get practical help with the devices you use for staying in touch, managing documents and enjoying your time online. We explain each step at a comfortable pace and focus on the issue you called about.

Home offices and small teams

Workstation setup, email problems and network printers can get in the way of a productive day. Discuss your team’s needs and the permissions required before arranging changes to business devices.

New devices and fresh starts

Setting up a new laptop can involve more than switching it on. We can discuss accounts, apps, accessories and file transfers so you understand what needs to be configured and what requires a separate license.

BEFORE YOUR SUPPORT SESSION

Clear expectations from the first conversation.

A quote before paid work

The cost depends on the issue and the agreed scope. Ask what is included, what is excluded and whether anything else may be needed. You decide whether to proceed after the proposed work and price have been explained.

Remote help, with your permission

Many software and configuration issues may be suitable for remote assistance. We first check the device and connection. You approve access, can close private windows and can stop the session when you choose.

An honest next step

Some problems belong with a manufacturer, internet provider or physical repair specialist. When remote help is not appropriate, we explain that limitation so you can decide how to proceed.

MORE THAN A TECHNICAL ANSWER

Support should feel
easy to talk to.

When technology gets in the way, you need someone to listen to what’s happening and explain what comes next.

01

Explain it in your own words

You don’t need the right technical term. Start with the task you’re trying to finish.

02

Understand before you decide

Ask questions about the proposed work, its cost and what can realistically be resolved.

03

Stay in control throughout

Keep your credentials private and approve any remote access before a session begins.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little clarity
before you call.

Something else on your mind?
Let’s talk it through.

Can you help me remotely?

Many software, email, printer setup and connection issues can be handled remotely. We first confirm whether your device and problem are suitable. Any remote session requires your consent.

Do I need to know what is wrong?

No. Tell us what you see on the screen, when the issue started and which device you are using. We can start there.

How much does support cost?

Costs depend on the issue and scope of work. Call for an assessment and a quote. You approve the price before paid work begins.

Are you the official support for my device?

No. NovaPC Care is an independent provider, separate from device manufacturers and software vendors. You can also contact your manufacturer for warranty or official product support.

Can you fix physical hardware damage?

Remote support cannot repair physical damage. We can discuss symptoms and help you understand when an in-person repair specialist may be needed.

LET’S GET IT SORTED
