01About this notice
NovaPC Care uses this website to explain its independent technical support services and receive support requests and business callback enquiries. This notice describes the information used in those activities, the purpose of collecting it and how to contact us about it. It also explains what to consider before a separate remote support session. A third-party website or service you choose to use has its own privacy practices.
02Details you provide
Our forms collect the contact details and support description you submit. The business callback form asks for a name, phone and work email. The general contact form asks for your name, email and message, with optional phone, city or region, device type, issue category and preferred contact method. A phone number is required if you select phone contact. The forms also record your agreement to enquiry-related contact, a request reference, submission time and handling status. The callback form additionally records the page section from which it was opened. These details allow an enquiry to be identified and followed up. Information you provide voluntarily in the message becomes part of that record.
- Use contact details you are entitled to share.
- Describe the issue without including passwords, verification codes, complete payment-card details or identity documents.
- For a company enquiry, share only business information you are authorized to disclose.
03Website and infrastructure information
The website hosting and delivery services may process technical information associated with a request, such as an IP address, connection information and server logs, to deliver pages and protect the service. Neither enquiry table has fields for your precise location, payment-card information or passwords. The enquiry reference is used to avoid duplicate records when a submission is retried.
04Why enquiry information is used
Support and callback information is used to understand the issue you described, arrange contact about that issue and maintain a record of the enquiry. Submitted email addresses may also be checked against recent requests to limit repeated submissions. The form does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list, create a paid subscription or authorize a payment. Enquiry information is not offered for sale through this website, and the form is not connected to an advertising audience service.
05Storage and access
Successful support and callback submissions are stored in the website’s database, using a MySQL database on our hosting infrastructure. Customer enquiry records are not displayed on public pages and the website does not provide a public listing of submissions. The hosting platform and providers involved in storing or delivering the website may process information as part of their services. Access for handling enquiries should be limited to authorized people. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required or when you specifically ask us to involve another provider.
06Consent and contact preferences
The callback form asks you to confirm contact permission. The general contact form explains, beside the submission button, that sending a request means you agree to being contacted about that enquiry. You can email us to ask that an enquiry be closed or that further contact about it stop. This does not necessarily require deletion of records that must be retained for an existing service, a dispute or applicable obligations. If you do not wish to submit information through the form, you can email us instead.
07Remote support and screen visibility
A callback request does not grant access to your computer. If a remote session is later proposed, ask which tool will be used, what access is requested and whether the session is suitable for the task. Close unrelated documents, messages and private windows before sharing your screen. Enter sign-in credentials yourself. Screen access and any proposed work require separate permission; you can stop a session. Any separate recording or file-transfer arrangement should be explained before it takes place.
08Cookies and measurement
The website uses a first-party cookie to remember acknowledgement of our cookie notice for 180 days. It does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Read our Cookie Policy for the cookie name, purpose and reset controls. Its animation controls work within the page and do not require a customer tracking profile. The hosting or access platform may use essential session or security mechanisms, including when access is restricted to signed-in visitors. Your browser settings can affect those features. We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed, general location, and device type) so we can improve it. Google Analytics is not enabled on this website yet. When enabled, it will use cookies and process usage information on our behalf to measure traffic; we do not intend to use it to identify you personally. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy. This notice and applicable choices will be updated before optional analytics is enabled.
09Retention and removal
Submitting a form creates a saved enquiry record; closing the browser does not remove it. Records may be needed while an enquiry is being handled and for related service administration or disputes. The form does not apply an automatic expiry or deletion date to submissions. Contact us to discuss whether a particular record is still needed and to request its removal. Retention and any restriction on deletion must be assessed in light of the relevant request and applicable obligations.
10Access, correction and privacy requests
Email contact@novapccare.com to ask about an enquiry, correct inaccurate details, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. A request reference, approximate submission date and the contact details originally used can help identify the record. Reasonable identity or authority checks may be necessary before personal information is disclosed or changed. Do not provide a password to verify a privacy request. The rights and exceptions that apply can depend on your circumstances and location.
11Safeguards and limitations
The form checks required fields and uses server-side validation before information is saved. Request handling includes restrictions on repeated submissions and does not return another customer’s stored details. These measures do not make internet communications or storage risk-free. Avoid including sensitive information in an open-ended support description, and contact us promptly if you believe you submitted information that should not be retained.
12Updates and questions
This notice reflects the website functions described above. Changes to the form, hosting arrangements or use of enquiry information may require a revised notice. The date shown on this page identifies the latest published revision. For questions about privacy, email contact@novapccare.com.
